Racing UK was the TV channel of choice for the serious punter. Until Sentanta went off-air.
Fortunately, Racing UK produced their own programming and were able to resume normal services after only a short break in transmission.
Our role was two-fold: to persuade Setanta viewers to continue paying for Racing UK; and then to attract new viewers to the service. The first task was achieved through an on and offline campaign.
Customer acquisition was a matter of selling their comprehensive coverage of racing through the specialist press.
